The Company works with its customers to customize their hiring criteria for sales people, directs potential
candidates to the site for an “online interview” and then Fitability makes a recommendation to the client as to

hopefully stay with. In addition, Fitability’s customer finds candidates that “fit” their organization and

How it Works
Fitability addresses the daunting problem today’s hiring managers face in filtering through more than 20
million resumes on the Internet as well as the hundreds they receive daily. Fitability focuses on the job
description and its requirements to find the person who is the absolute best fit. This means that companies not
only hire the right people but also can experience an increased retention rate resulting from the better "fit.”
Fitability’s system is 100% Web-based and requires no additional software, server installation or
maintenance. It can be configured easily to each company's specific requirements.
Fitability provides over 750 Job Templates, each with a Job Fit Profile based on persons who are effective in
the job. The candidate management and information service empowers a hiring manager to profile, assess, match,
and communicate with potential candidates for positions available within the company. With Fitability, hiring
managers send potential sales hires to that site where they participate in a 12-15 minute on-line “interview,”
and then produces a report on the candidate and how he or she compares to the Job Fit Profile.
Fitability communicates via email with each potential candidate, keeping the process moving and keeping
the hiring manager informed along the way. The system also delivers an interview guide on the position that can
help younger, less experienced hiring managers become better interviewers. This whole process is done via the
Internet, from wherever the potential recruit and the hiring manager happen to be. Managers get a “preview” of

Job Fit Profiles - A set of profiles based on Fitability's database of over 125,000 test results.
Candidate Communications – Fitability’s platform allows the hiring manager or recruiter to establish
contact with the candidate, direct him/her to Fitability’s on-line interview site, and to pro-actively
keep the hiring manager informed as the candidate progresses through the hiring process.
Online Interview - Facilitates an efficient, effective online interview with the candidate. In less
than 20 minutes, Fitability obtains information that helps determine background and experience,
salary history, and personality --information that is not on the resume to empower the hiring manager
to make better decisions about proceeding with the candidate to the next step.
Fitability File - When the hiring manager initiates contact with a prospective candidate, a
"Fitability File" is created for that candidate. All assessment, matching, background, and
interview information is compiled in that folder and is accessible on a secured basis by managers and
executives throughout the organization. The file includes an interview guide as well as interviewing
instructions and tips. The Fitability File can be forwarded to other authorized persons as needed.
“My Candidates” Page - The entire process is managed by the hiring manager from his/her unique
“My Candidates” Page. From this screen, the manager can track candidates, assign assessments and
interviews, review results, and review interview guides and notes.
