Our business customers may ask their job candidates to complete the Fitability Online Interview which can
include information such as work history, measurements of knowledge, skills, abilities, work style and the
candidates' self evaluations. Only the customer, authorized employees of Fitability Systems, LLC and
authorized designees of the customer have access to this information.

Fitability.com uses an Internet tool called "cookies" for identification purposes. A cookie is a small piece of
data sent to your browser and temporarily stored on your hard drive so we recognize you throughout your visit.
We use cookies for remembering user names, passwords and preferences. Candidates must have “cookies” enabled to
take the Online Interview.
